This is not the best indicator ever. In fact the only thing it tells you is just how overbought or oversold the market might be at any particular time. I'm sure most of us would agree that you need far more than a single indicator to determine when you are in the "sweet spot" but if that's all you are doing I guess this is as good as any "single indicator".:



But one indicator is not enough.
