Displaying a smug smile, Obama pronounced that if only stupid Americans properly inflated their tires and got routine tune-ups (a good idea in and of itself), they could save as much oil as could be produced through off-shore drilling and exploiting oil shale deposits. These deposits are estimated to be three times that of Saudi Arabia. After being firmly prodded by his advisors, Obama denied what was said, but we have it on film below.
