I saw him say it! The jackleg president turns into auto mechanic! Problem is ... there's just not much to tune up on today's vehicles. Not like when we changed plugs, condenser, and points every few thousand miles ....... back in the muscle car days of the 60's. Inflating tires will help minimally .... I think it does more for the life of the tires than for the gas mileage .... The arrogant jackass wouldn't know a spark plug from a carburetor.
