Hi All: During the month of February, I forecast two corrective phases in the markets. The downward response was tepid (especially the second one) and the upward response has been to make new marginal highs overall but with some issues -- NYSE and RUT to name a few. I still think we are in a topping process. Nice weekly divergences by some measure. No price or time targets targets though. Justa
