So, Steve let be get this straight.

You want to eliminate the entire Federal Income Tax system and replace it with a VAT or sales tax.
You didn't mention Capital Gains tax rates, so how do they fit into your tax plan.

Aren't you worried about the regressive nature of sales taxes or are you good with Warren Buffets secretary paying the same (or higher) rates than here boss.
