I saw Patriot Scientific and the NC. The problem was that they weren't running any real large Java applications to see how fast it actually ran. They also didn't have a benchmark program running, so basically I can't comment on its speed. My basic feeling about the show and NC's. was there weren't any real large Java programs to be found other than IBM E-suite basic wordprocessor that was 500K in size. The bottom line is that the Java based NC's are lacking real software applications which I am guessing is due to its speed problems but the concept is still great. Mike
