The key to the "proof" is if you can see the D.O.T. placard displayed on the rear and both sides of the tanker itself. If that is the case, then they are more than allegedly full - the are in fact filled to the brim with JBI's ultra-clean fuel that was made from FREE waste-plastic as little as a few hours prior.

Oh, and the fuel will save over 180 NYC lives per year.
