I bought the common. One thing that attracted me was the recent downgrade by two analysts. I read INN's last earnings report and it seemed to me that the two downgrades where without an understanding of what INN is. For example, the reason for one of the downgrades was the overhang from rebranding and rebranding is what INN does.
