I read the entire affair and I think Marc Cohodes gutter language and attitude speaks volumes about his character period. He is a thug and an e.g. of the types of people that influence our markets. Ugly

It was further clear to me Copper River Mgt aka David Rocker and Marc Cohodes paid Dr. Patrick Byrne $5M because they were going to loose a Billion. The conversion trade tactics noted in this doc were used to create artificial massive short positions, which there prime broker Goldman Sachs allowed because they made a fortune lending NOVS and OSTK common shares. The kill zone David Rocker referred towards Dr. Patrick Byrne demostrates the nerve these investors have. This nerve has been created because the www.deepcapture.com authorities like SEC, journalists and other FINRA, SRO have allowed them to get away with murder. Look no further then Raj at Galleon who for years covered Naked SHort Positions with secondary offerrings which is illegal. Raj would be fined 2.5m it would be burried by WSJ on sec D which was a slap on the wrist compared to the profits Raj made. Eventually their nerve catches up with them unless you smart enough to close the kamona like David Rocker, Marc Cohodes and their mentor Michael Steinhardt and Jim Cramer did. Close it down so the queries will stop.
