Ted, 10K annual report is out biz.yahoo.com Not nice numbers for the year. From a quick read, it looked like they threw some extra charges into the year, I think they were writing down some assets which made the loss for the year look larger. If you want to look at the positive side of things, you could say they threw things into last year expecting a better year this year. The negative would be if they continue to lose at this rate, we are looking at another secondary offering and more dilution. I would like to believe that they are expecting a better year and getting out in front. As always, time will tell. Good luck out there. Neal
