I just saw a blurb on Fox News about Prez Obama making some strong comments about the "ObamaCare" case the Supremes are deciding now. He's pressuring the Court, via the MSM, to come to a particular decision, especially on the mandate portion. I'm trying to remember if any other Prez has done this? To my non-legal mind, it doesn't seem ethical for a Prez to try to exert influence on a case that's been heard but that is still pending. I'm pretty sure the Left would have come unglued if President Bush had done something similar.
