Pitiful. first, let's get something straight. I'm not making the claims you posted. You are, hence it is on you to verify them .. But wait.... alas, your 'source' reveals not one word about your claim the pistol was carried in a 'conspicuous' manner. I'm sure you heard it somewhere - you wouldn't just make it up, right?

Yep, you need to understand - just because someone carries a pistol in a belt holster, doesn't mean it is 'conspicuous' in any way. I carried a firearm, daily, in a belt holster for some 16 years on my job. I doubt more than two or three people ever actually realized I was carrying a firearm, all that time.

So, 'conspicuously' is probably not the adjective you need to be using.

And, what happened to the rest of my points/questions?

Please don't tell me you can't support your original contentions. Or ... even worse, you have decided that I am correct in my comments.
