I am concerned that most value investors still have huge cash positions. It's probably even more true across general populace. Sounds like a recipe for runup and not for a crash. Assume US continues the recovery, Europe muddles through, China does not crash... the market can go up another 30-40% without being overvalued, especially if financials and housing recover a bit. Maybe I should wait for all you guys to capitulate and get 100% into the market 20-30% higher. And then sell myself... ;) Disclaimer: I have about 22% cash.
