Bravo, unclewest! Beautifully said.

This president has overstepped his constitutional bounds so often, and so egregiously, that I suspect that the question of constitutionality doesn't even come up in his mind anymore (if it ever did) when he considers how many billions in 'stimulus' money he is going to dole out to corporations that mirror his political agenda, or corporations whose decision-makers support him politically, or what kind of oppressive edict one of his agencies is going to issue, or what new czar-level position he wants to create, or how many behind-closed-doors promises he is going to make to our ideological enemies, or how many undeclared wars he is going to involve our military in without the advice or consent of congress.

But his comment that an 'unelected group of people' might actually have the audacity to 'overturn a duly constituted and passed law' makes all of his other atrocities pale in comparison.

I had read about Obama's remarks yesterday about the Supreme Court and the pending case involving Obamacare. I actually heard those remarks this morning in the car and they had me swearing at the radio.

It would be "unprecedented" for a body of unelected officials to invalidate a law that was duly passed by a majority Congress? WTF? That is what the Supreme Court does all the time.

Our "Constitutional Law Professor" Obama must have missed the class on Marbury v. Madision when he went to law school. Has he never heard about checks and balances?

I am fearful this petty tyrant may simply disregard any decision by the Supreme Court knocking down Obamacare and decree that he is going ahead to implement it anyway To say that would cause a constitutional crisis would be the understatement of the year.

We can't be rid of this guy soon enough!
