Just a liberal talking point and not true. If you think it is true, just explain what statute or case law that is 100 years old that was overruled and where I can find it.

"And they will overturn Obamacare which is also considered settled law (Commerce clause)"


You cannot cite a single case, where the court ever ruled on the question raised in the Health Care Law Case. To suggest that it is settled law is just ignorance.
