Yea it has been a fun 5 years, who knows what is coming in the months/years ahead it is all up to our wonderful leaders when they want to face the music. Yea, I understand commenting on my portfolio is a hard thing to do, I am just trying to be in the cheapest asset classes I see and make a return on my cash by trading. If Global growth keeps on trucking then NG/Coal will do very well @ these depressed levels if it doesn’t I will have my cash to take advantage of a much lower market. I always trade a lot, but this year even more so because honestly I don’t want to be in this market, but I need to get some kind of return on my money. I would bet my right toe I am not the only one forced to play so who knows what is going to happen when the market gets spooked again. I wish I had a crystal ball! My core positions I hope to stay long on don’t change much MBI, nfx, xco, ANR and JRCC all got rocked today by the way and the last 3 are pretty close to all time lows. I like BTU also it is just ANR and JRCC are trading @ a bigger discount to assets. I think now is the time to play it safe and not be aggressive either copy Yacktman and Buffet or if you need a little more excitement like me do it the Bob Rodriguez way holding lots of cash and investing in assets classes that should do very well in the years to come.
