Neal, though not yet real old, I am 'old school' when it comes to taking on debt so the financial picture of VSYS now vs a year ago concerns me. They have traditionally been very fiscally conservative, so I am hopeful that they have a damn good reason for the increased promotion and resulting weaker financial position they are in.

This piece from the 10k bears close watching: <<The Company has been working to finance operations and future growth through a stock-based equity injection of up to $2 million. The Company has received term sheets and is expecting to close the financing by April 2012.>> I have no problem with taking on $2 million, assuming they will deliver and they structure it in a way that doesn't crush the stock. But since we don't know either if these yet, it bears close watching.

VSYS has taken us through the ringer over the years. Some of the comments by industry leaders in the past year really came across as though Viscount has developed game-changing technology with enormous market potential. We know they have products people want, but we have yet to see that people want the game-changer in any great quantity. Like you, I am hoping this year will finally prove them out.

Good luck to us both.
