It's all about what will influence Kennedy. Obama's remarks will just make him stronger in his decision to kick it out. But I am afraid he will "pull a Kennedy" and not kick out the whole bill. The four Liberals will stay the same, as will the other four conservatives. I don't think public opinion will count for a wit with the court.
