The point I have been trying to make all along is what do you want to replace it with. The argument from the right is all about getting rid of it - but they offer no meaningful solution. Medical cost are exploding and have been for some time because of the reasons I listed. How do we mange that? It's a dead serious question. Obama gets point for trying but if its thrown out - then republicans have no choice but to propose something else.
