Really? You produce first and then build roads? You produce first and then build dams for cheap power? You build GPS first and then develop technology to put satellites in orbit? You build allll the things the internet relies on and then you create the ability of the internet? You build farms in deserts and then you figure out a way to bring water to those farms? I could go on..........
