Obama apparently 'brushed back' the Court because his knowledge of constitutional law left him, somehow, not understanding the concept of judicial review. Oh no, Obama understands what judicial review is.........its wingers who are failing to understand the concept these days. Dowd, a total idiot, seemed not to have much to say on the outrageous failure of a liberal justice to recuse herself. What the hell are you talking about?
