Mike I humbly question your plan to sell all your calls and write covered Jan.40s @ year end. Dec & Jan. have always been my 2 best months. I admit KLIC has never followed the overall market well, but these 2 months are usually good to Co's the size of KLIC. I doubled my long position last Friday and still hold Apr. 25 calls.
The comments in INFRASTRUCTURE over the last several months have been very positive. They see KLIC increasing market share and believe automation in the assembly sector will start to be a strong point for KLIC starting in the 1st qtr of 98. I have been in this stock for 2 years and have never seen Scott make an over optimistic forecast. He has always been the ultimate pessimist. IMHO if he thinks Q2 will be a blowout, I have to believe it will beat the current estimates. In closing I have to ask why does the market NOT understand our logic??? Good Luck Don
PS I thought the posts on the IPEC thread regarding an IPEC SFAM merger interesting.
