Andrei Thats right! We really don't know what the channel inventories are. Of course this hurts Rockwell also. The two competeing standards really don't matter since both will upgrade to customers when ITU gets its act together. My backround is in engineering so it is fun for me to follow the technical problems. Rockwell and 3COM will both win in the end! There are much bigger fish to fry here, cable and Microwave modems are going to be the future. COMS is very well positioned here on a technology basis. I am not worried about their future. Eric
