"Pretty much anyone can manipulate NOVS with this kind of volume, and the miscreant predators even admit to it. Until such time someone (a hedge fund or institution) wants to accumulate a million shares or more under a buck, the miscreants will continue to control the trade."

With the Bid/Ask spreads being relatively small, I don't see much in the way of manipulation going on.

The big problem with NOVS is that it is still on the pinks.
