Maia,

How do we get a 15 x EPS with a thinly traded pink sheet company? As the market IMHO, as small as it may be for NOVS, realizes that EPS will be in the 10 - 15 cent range for 2012 (or hopefully higher), how do we get the 15 x EPS, based on future earnings? We are currently less than 10 x EPS on PAST earnings. I am anxious to see the stock double or triple in the next 6-12 months but wonder how we get there, even with all the good news.

All good points.

Since the NJ Carpenters Health Fund suit was dismissed, it seemed rationale to move up to a P/E of 15 from 10.

Yes - with NOVS being on the pinks, a P/E of 15 doesn't seem possible. But with a P/E of 10 and future earnings of 10 cents (my estimate) and 15 cents (Marion's - I'd like to see a quarter by quarter breakdown of his 15 cent estimate).

To get to a P/E of 15, NOVS has to get off the pinks. If we see 1Q 2012 earnings of 6 cents/share (which I doubt but I'm not sure about Marion), we might see enough of a pop to get us over a buck.

How far over a buck does NOVS really have to be to leave the pinks?
