Mark, can you be more specific about who in industry circles
believes that SystemWizard will be a "standard", other than
SYSF and the few companies that it has signed up and a few
paid-off consultants? Positive comments, such as a quote that
SYSF uses from Microsoft that endorses products "like" SysWiz
are not what I'm looking for.

What I'd really like to see is someone present a feature/benefit
comparison between Cybermedia and Systemsoft offerings.
One that cuts through the bull, and really talks about how each
handles the most common tech support problems, not which one
does magic tricks with the investment community.

I know that'll be hard to get, since SysWiz isn't even a reality yet.
Maybe once it gets released in a few months a few third-party
labs will do a comparison. Until then, Cybermedia will probably
continue to lead the market and make its product even better.

A few days or weeks stock activity doesn't indicate a consensus
either. Phoenix has traded on very low volume recently, esp.
compared to its smaller competitor SYSF, so I don't think the
word has gotten out at all. I think most of the PTEC sellers are
those that can't believe it doesn't go up and are switching to
momentum stocks. Even my wife, who knows nothing about
stocks or PTEC or SYSF asked me if maybe I shouldn't put a
little bit in SYSF instead.
