RE SSL WARRANTS:

based on past experience, here is what i would suggest is likely after the reverse split. The warrants will stil be around and still traded but they will become fractional warrants.

lets use the 2015 warrants with a strike price of u.s.$1.00 as the example.

Currently each warrant entitles owner to buy a share of sandstorm gold at u.s. 1.00.

following the reverse split, the warrants IN MY OPINION will be "restated" so that each of these warrants titles me to buy 0.2 of a share at 1.00.

the net result is that the speculator will need five warrants and they will entitle the holder to buy one share of sandstorm gold at five bucks.

the fact that these warrants are in-the-money is good, and will help prop up their value. I do expect that post-consolidation shares to do very very well during the life of the warrants.

so short term, crappy for warrant holders. Longer term. they are still good.

same goes for the 2014 warrants which have a strike of u.s. sixty cents.

as a caveat, note that SSL has not addressed the warrant structure yet. so i could be wrong. another possible way is they could come out with a warrant consolidation to go with the stock consolidation.
we have seen that here before, although i frankly can't remember which one it was. gold wheaton maybe?
