OK. Please link me to any specific SEC correspondence in the Edgar system prior to the letter dated 9/28/10 that might have triggered the May 2010 JBI 8-K that indicated that the 2 financial statements in question should no longer be relied upon. If there are plenty it should be easy. I'll settle for just a couple. By the way, just so's you know, it is my belief that JB was fully aware on the dates that they were originally filed that he would be obligated to restate the 2 filings in question eventually.....he didn't need to hear from the SEC. But that's not the question.
