Well thanks for admitting that the child is not the mother and the mother is not the child. The mother is hosting another genetically distinct Human Person for a brief period as the child develops. Being on someone's property does not give the property owner the right to kill you. (With the possible exception of Texas)

The state has NO RIGHT to abort an egg or a foetus. That right belongs to the mother. The egg is the mother’s property.

3 different things there:

First: The only ones doing forced forced abortions are (oddly enough) the Atheists running the Chinese Government. As Atheists, with all the guns, they simply do what they want. What the state grants the state can take away. Where does an obligation to do otherwise come from within an atheistic framework?

Second: There is no inherent "right" for one Human Being to kill another Human being for the sake of convenience. Your reasoning is clearly circular and you refuse to answer the question about the distinct Humanity of the foetus from the time of conception, opting instead for a combination of weasel words, legal loopholes and ad hominem attacks.

Third: Again no Human Being can be said to be the property of another Human Being. That's why you revert back to your dishonest terminology calling the genetically distinct foetus an "egg". We already know you have no shame, but you should.

We are all still waiting for your "scientific" response to this question.

From a purely Scientific viewpoint, at what stage of development does the zygote become a Human Being?
