The previous lowpoint a couple of years ago was about $7-8 when book value was around $16. I think WJ's has always implemented an anti-takeover policy because of their conservative nature. Even so, some WJ operations got sold to reduce the blood-letting. I think few people want a half commercial semi-conductor, half diversified government/defense company even at a bargain price.

My guess (I don't have internal financial news) is that they're going to continue to suffer for another quarter (I think they just laid off 20-25% of their Scotts Valley people).

I think when WJ does bottom, it'll be obvious...
