I agree, some nice contracts won. Note that one telco even mentioned how CGRM's products fit well with their Lucent switches. They picked CGRM over Lucent's own Octel voicemail products. David R. (or others): Didn't you mention once how CGRM's products are based on open architecture, while Octel's are more propietary and more difficult to integrate? Could you please elaborate a bit in this area? Seems like this could be a continued advantage for CGRM.
