I did several times as a recruiter. I found folks for them that their own recruiting service didn't find, and most of mine were hired. These companies paid their bills on time as well. When our kids were small, I had a Morman family with two teen aged daughters to watch them, with their Mom overseeing everything daily. It was a perfect situation for all three weeks we were away, and the kids had fun as well. The house was clean and neat, even better than I left it...
