40 to 50% liklyhood overall doesn't give sufficent evidence about any particular pregnant woman. If you disagree with me, then I would expect you to show evidence to the thread as to why a teenager and her doctor (when making detailed plans for an abortion)ought NOT to be indicted, prosecuted, and imprisoned for CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER. Reasonably they could be. Practically they won't be even if the pro-life view gains a strong majority. When abortion was illegal in the US, the government always went after doctors, not pregnant women.
