If Romney (flaws and all) is elected and backed by a strong, free enterprise Congress, there is still a chance to turn the ship of state before it hits the rocks. IMO, that's the bottom line...... Along those lines, I find that Romney has a open ear to Paul Ryan..... Gives me a warm fuzzy...... You're absolutely right about independents....... I lean libertarian and I was an independent until just recently, (after the McCain fiasco), when I changed to GOP to try and influence this very selection process..... Alas...<g>
