Come, come, "Graystone", your awards listing could never be complete without an award for, 'Most-willing-to-attack-as-he-knows-nobody-will -find-out-who-he-is'. However, you will probably have some strong competition in your battle to wrest this award away. Keep at it; you can _do it!!!

One's identity is rather basic. To not give it, or, worse, give a 'false' identity indicates that you have something to hide. The fact that you hide it from us would indicate to me that it would be not only information that we would find useful, but also that there possibly could be negative connotations associated with your identity, either to us, or to yourself - connotations that you, obviously, would be afraid to face.

On the surface, your posts could be considered rather insightful or perhaps even clever [cute?]. However, since you are not handicapped by any thoughts of 'accountability' you can pretty much say what you want, about whomever you want, to whomever you want, and walk away laughing, secure in the knowledge that you won't have to pay for any lack of responsibility on your part. So . . . Although I _could award some degree of credibility to your posts I don't, for a very simple reason. If you're willing to lie about your very own identity, then what else will you not lie about? How much difference is there between you lying about your name and Lee Furlong lying about his education? Are you in fit company, then, or not?

You may laugh, or sneer all you want at 'us dummies', but at least we have the balls to stand up openly to the cold eyes of public judgement. We, at least, are willing to be accountable for our actions. Would that you also had the intestinal fortitude to stand up, equal to those whom you would like to call your peers. You can dish it out, but . . . . can you take it? I guess we have our answer, don't we.

You can keep hiding behind "Graystone", or whatever 'name of the day' that currently suits you, but look around at _YOUR chosen 'peers' and relish the identity[?] of the company _you're keeping. Does that 'blanket comparison' really please you? Let that not be your punishment, but your most just reward.

Now, I suggest that you run crying to the webmistress because you've been attacked for being 'anomynous'. There _must be some hidden agenda here, right?! But . . . am curious. When you cry to her, and she asks "Who's crying to me?", what name do you give _her and how does _she respond???

To the rest of you . . . . I apologize for sinking to the level that S.I. seems to have deteriorated to. There seems to be something about the structure of this web site that brings out the worst in us. 'Lack of accountability' is only one of the items, though.

To the "Webmistress" . . . if you would like to suspend my participation for attempting to burst a little child's bubble, be my guest. After all, really now, what have I got to lose?

Rod Currie - Real name; real person. I don't have to hide behind _anybody or any 'thing' else's identity . . . . .
