Any sensible child will take the image of Jesus nailed up as a warning of what will happen to them if they put a foot wrong. Who did it? The Roman Empire and those in power. The state. People who lust after pre-eminent power of the state are megalomaniacs who will kill those who oppose them. They dress themselves up in laws of the land and other paraphernalia of power, but it's simply power they want.

Peer to peer processing is getting another chance these days. This is nothing less than the Second Coming. People around the world are bypassing governments and going directly from person to person via Cyberspace. China is working really hard to get control and keep a lid on it. The Land of the Free is far from it these days. It's not so much the Home of the Brave as the Cage of the Compliant. In the "free" world, freedom is increasingly circumscribed.

"Look what we will do to you" is the message of Easter.
