Hi Margaret. About that hydrogenated fat in margarine, we all knew that. I thought there was another reason I can't think of. Anyhow, I pass on this 0 fat stuff in anything. I rather die happy. You can't use it for the frying pan. I take 2% milk and low-calorie yogurt but keep that non-fat stuff away from me and aspertine yogurt and things. I believe natural is still better than all this artificial stuff. They will come out with this after we all have gone because of it. gg. I believe taking everything in moderation in our diet will go far in healthy living. About MVP. I am sure your doctor would have let you know if you had this. I don't think he would open himself up for a lawsuit by neglecting to tell you, no matter how busy he was. But you never know. Have it done again. What are your symptoms? There are lots of things that can bring symptoms like this on. Angina. and Esophagenal reflux for example. The markets are overdoing this selling bit again because of Yamaitchi .
