Hi Electric.
You're right. My bearish trend began when we broke below 951.50 in the SPX and was confirmed by the SPZ being below 959. I had suggested to lisa that she shouldn't buy puts until the supp #2 was taken out as well (only .70 point below) only because I know her position and felt that the support had a chance of holding. However, I'm trying to listen to my system and use the signals as they are generated. I bought OEX 460 puts @ 12 3/4. I stick pretty close to the same size position with each trade.
