Rubber Man: Unfortunately, 144s are not listed under Edgar! I have written to the SEC and suggested that they include these filings in the EDGAR database. Maybe if more investors would write them, the SEC would consider providing the 144 information online. Please write the SEC at: help@sec.gov. IMO, EDGAR levels the playing field for the small investor. About the only thing I call Schwab about these days is 144 filings! Best Regards, Bill
