OK , its sent. Keep those cards & letters coming
Gentlemen:

My name is Terry Berg of Naperville, IL and I am a year long holder of Zenith stock. My wife and I follow the Zenith news/business releases in the Chicago Tribune and various Internet sites.

One of the sites is the Silicon Investor where we exchange various ideas, thoughts and concepts with our fellow Zenith shareholders. These are a very knowledgable and intelligent group of people apparently from across the United States. We can't speak for everyone, but we own the Zenith stock because we believe it to have very high upside potential. Plus on the personal side, we would enjoy seeing the rebound of a local company which we have been familiar with all of our lives.

We have expressed a desire to our fellow shareholders on the website, that we would enjoy possibly visiting Zenith Headquarters in Glenview. They believe it to be a good idea and are suggesting various ideas on what could be gained and learned from this visit. We, of course, do not mean to portray an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of such a large and complex corporation. However, we believe it would be beneficial for a common stockholder to pay a visit and ask suggested questions as posed by fellow investors.

We would be the visitors strictly because of geographics as we do not pretend to be anything but what we are, common shareholders. Some of our fellow investors have a much deeper understanding of the technical side of Zenith.

If possible, we would like to arrange a visit the week of December 8th through the end of December at your convenience. Thank you for your time and will wait for your response.
