Dream within a dream is not that uncommon to humans. Like deja vu. And like that dream where one falls from a height - a visceral fear that is exploited in cliffhanger scenes in movies, and previously by trapeze artists and tightrope men in circus acts. Christopher Nolan just ran with the idea of dream within a dream and made a visually exciting thriller - Inception. Worth watching! -Arun
