From the Israel Oil Forum (Part 1): israeloilforum.com November 15, 2011 Dear Ness Stockholders and Friends: We have some good news to announce to all concerning the progress in restoring Ness Energy. Mr. Lee has completed all the accounting required to have the tax returns completed and filed for the years 2006 through 2010. The filing of all of the past tax returns are a key component in meeting the terms and conditions required by both the IRS and the SEC to move the company forward. Additionally, our private company has just successfully finished the drilling of an important well in Texas. The data obtained while drilling the well was very positive and we anticipate completing and production testing the first two pay zones over the following 2 to 3 weeks. All indications are the well will be better than we originally anticipated. Our private company’s percentage ownership in the well will be a portion of the assets to be merged into Ness Energy. We will drill from 2 to 3 offset wells to this well. After production testing we will announce the results. The lawsuits are moving forward both here in the US and Israel. There is no new news in either case. It will be January of 2012 when the case here in the US will resume activity. We are very pleased with our legal position here and in Israel. We can see God’s divine hand at work in every detail of the cases. It does not mean our adversary is not fighting, it just means He is strengthening us and giving us favor as we move forward by faith. Patient endurance will pay great dividends to us all. Continue to hold Ness Energy up in prayer according to Isaiah 54:17 as we move forward. There are a good number more positive events in the background that we expect to come to the forefront in the coming weeks and months. As these positive events transpire we will update you.
