Hmm... I guess it should be amended as the largest KNOWN short term threat, IMO.

Using sea water is eroding/undermining the concrete of Fuel Rod Pond #4. Elements found in the cooling water that are only found as a by-product of nuclear fission combined with 200% increase in temperatures (ie: meltdown possibly underway)

IAEA hasn't updated their fukushima report since June..

emsnews.wordpress.com

The Southern containment wall on reactor #4, from which the fuel rod pond is partially supported, has fallen..

fukushima-diary.com

And if #4 fuel rods do melt down, they happen to be hanging above the #4 reactor.. A very scary thought..

And a former Japanese Ambassador to Switzerland (making him to be likely "in the know") is proclaiming serious alarm..

So am I confident that this is not a major short-term threat? Not at all.. Is there anything I can do about it? Nothing at all, except try and prepare friends and family.

But for the 35 million people living in Tokyo, I would be seriously concerned and making plans to flee..
