Hello Sunny, About that margarine, maybe you are thinking about the trans fatty acids in margarine, which I think is basically the same thing as the hydrogenation. You are right about eating natural food and also about moderation. I use to be much more in to natural foods and lately I have gotten too much into things with artificial things in them, so I am glad that you reminded me about that. That is good that you are eating lots of fruits and veggies as that is one of the best things that you can do for your health and I have been concentrating myself on doing that. I find it very time consuming but also very much worth the effort. I do spend more time in the kitchen than I would like to. About that doctor and the MVP, I saw not long ago that he did get sued for over a million dollars for not following up on a patient who died of cancer. I am sure that it was because he is just so busy and just can't attend to all of the necessary details with so many patients. It is all of this HMO stuff that is making the doctors so incompetent. I can't remember what my symptoms even were at this point. I think that one of them was that I would have tachycardia sometimes. I am not going to worry about it because I don't want to take medicine when I go to the dentist anyway and I try to avoid the dentist. I guess one of the other reasons is that I know how common it is as a result of scarlet fever. I think that there were some other reasons but can't remember right now. In regards to the market, I guess that for some this is a very good buying opportunity. It won't be too long and we will be flying high again. Hope all is well with you today.
