I've been trying to tell the lawmakers about that for a long time ..

They all seem to be stupid enough to believe it's the same as being drunk.

THEY know THEY can't drive right when THEY are drunk .. so THEY figure marijuana does the same thing to me as THEIR alcohol does to THEM.

Self centered politics .. can't see past their own world.
