Is the Waiting Game Over? by Ramsey Su
'The Waiting Game' was the title of Ramsey's first article that appeared on acting man. It is his designation for the period of post-bubble interventionism in the housing market that needs to pass before the market can clear.
Given that talk about yet another bottom in the housing market has recently intensified, Ramsey considers whether one can actually state that the 'waiting game' is now over. Not surprisingly, his conclusion is that it isn't - this is especially so as in an election year, even more interventionism must be expected to 'fix' what has evidently remained unfixed over the past four years.
