OFF-TOPIC: Chillable Red Ummm. Chillable Red makes an excellent bridge between Pagan Pink Ripple and a Rosatello. We did do a box of it once. Or rather, I was given the duty of finishing it. What I deeply regret is the price of the Franzia Cabernet. If you are going to pay that much it ought to be in bottles--but it is in fact pretty good. Biggest mistake I ever made years ago was trying to age some Gallo Hearty Burgundy. After three years it was still precisely the same. Sort of a short against the box ho ho.
