That is exactly the point. Let the jury decide. This is what the jury is going to hear and see. A man walking with no weapon got shot by a man with a weapon. Regardless of the weaponless man's background, he was shot and killed by an armed man. How hard is it for people to comprehend that fact.

It is not a racial issue. If people want to make it a racial issue, I would suggest to reverse the rolls of the victim and the killer. A white weaponless man walking and a black man with a weapon shot him. I doubt that you will be contributing funds for the black man that shot the white man.

People this is America the law is blind. At least this is what I like to believe.

Just a thought here, what if the accuse was a Muslim? Would you contribute funds for his defense? I doubt it.

The point I am making is there is a victim and the killer admitted killing him. The sad part of all this is the police investigated the victim and let the killer go free. How ass-backward is that?
