What a jury would see is that a 6 ft tall 160 lb man attacked a 170 lb man,knocked him to the ground,and pounded him into the pavement..In the struggle the attacker was shot 1 time in the chest at very close range while on top of the shorter man..And the attacker,Trayvon, had access to the gun as it was easily within his reach.
Eye witnesses beg to differ. It was the other way around. The killer pulled the trigger.
