Looking for a short term bottom on the Dow (we either hit it today or it goes down another 50-75 points) and then bounces off the blue line. stockcharts.com My gut feel is that the bounce is followed by a retest of the blue line (May?) that fails marking the beginning of a protracted new bear market.
